The school council heard that children wanted a Downderry school radio station so children can experience what it’s like to be a real radio DJ. The radio studio will be used to improve speaking and listening skills, build confidence and teamwork. The equipment was purchased thanks to a generious contribution from the Mayor of Lewisham.
