Homework Guides

What is Homework?
Homework is any learning activity that pupils are asked to do outside of their normal lessons. This can be done on their own or with support of parents/carers.

How much time?
These are only guidelines but children are not expected to spend significantly more time on homework than is suggested.

Year 1 & 2: 1 hour per week
Year 3 & 4: 1.5 hours per week
Year 5 & 6: 30 minutes per day.
