Downderry Virtual Sport Day

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we will not be able to hold our usual Sports Day. Instead we are holding our own Virtual Sports Day!

 

For this week’s physical challenge we would like you to submit your scores to a earn point for your house.

 

 

Early years /Key Stage 1 – Egg & Spoon Race

Can you complete an egg and spoon race?

Mark out a short distance (about ten paces) and balance a boiled egg (or a ball) on a spoon. How many times, there and back, can you complete in a minute? Record your score and give it to your teacher when you are in school or submit your score by clicking the button below.  Every child who participates will earn a point for their house.

Do you remember one of the first physical challenges during lockdown? This time, your score counts!

So roll up at towel and count how many jumps you can do in 30 seconds? Record your score and give it to your teacher when you are in school or submit your score by clicking the button below.  Every child who participates will earn a point for their house.
