Our topic this term is 'Paws and Claws'.

Every child has a home learning folder that will be given out every Friday. Inside will be a fun weekly actcity to complete with your child, linked the learning that. We will also share the book and sounds of the week using Bug Club (see link below for tutorial video). This folder needs to be returned by Tuesday. The children also are given two reading books that should be shared each evening with a comment made in their reading record. These books are changed once a week.

Star of the week

On Friday, we select our class 'Star of the Week' with the help of our class bear, who has been carefully watching the children learn. The star of the week will be addressed in a virtual assembly and be given a postcard to take home. They will have their name on our website and newsletter too.
