Space Invaders Community Project
Fri 05 Dec 2014Children from Downderry Primary school have been successful in helping to secure £50,000 from the National Lottery for the Space Invaders project. The school was chosen because the project goes hand in hand with the school campaign for a cleaner greener area. The aim is to transform lives and green spaces in one of the capital’s most deprived areas.
Barney Clarke, of Wide Horizons Adventure Learning Charity said, ‘I just wanted to pass on a massive personal thank you to yourself, your staff and the brilliant children from Downderry’
