With Measles cases rising in London, Lewisham’s Public Health team is monitoring the situation and working closely with healthcare partners to raise awareness and to ensure those who need the vaccination get it. The key message from council and healthcare partners is that two doses of the MMR vaccine provide the best protection against measles, mumps and rubella. If a child has missed one or both doses, their parent or carer should contact their GP practice to book an appointment or visit the NHS website for more information. Walk-in clinics are being arranged and details of these will be publicised in the newsletter and on the school website once received.

Free School Meals Vouchers Lewisham will use allocation from the ‘Household Support Fund’ to support families with Free School Meal eligible children by providing vouchers for the half term holidays. This does not include universal free school meal children. Vouchers must be collected from the school office on Thursday 8th, Friday 9th February, between 8:00am – 2:00pm.
