Downham Family Hub is just one of the Family Hubs available for families to access in Lewisham. Providing variety of services including, play groups, health appointments, baby weighing clinic, parenting support and courses, clothing and toy bank and lots more!

Lewisham Family Thrive
In line with local developments and reforms across Lewisham’s Children’s Services, Lewisham Family Hubs will no longer be providing a Family Practitioner service as part of its Early Childhood Offer, which has now been absorbed into Family Thrive.
Instead, Lewisham Family Hubs will continue to provide high quality, evidence-based interventions through a range of universal and focused programmes and workshops. These include:
Parenting programmes in the form of Triple P, Triple P for Baby and Feel Positive About Parenting sessions
Domestic abuse recovery support in the form of the Freedom, VOICE and Children Overcoming Domestic Abuse programmes
Practical parenting workshops in the form of Introduction to Solids, Weaning and Portion Sizes
Healthy lifestyle support
Stay and Play services
Infant Massage
