Lewisham Live Festival

The Lewisham Live Dance Festival creates unique opportunities for children & young people to showcase and develop their talents in the performing arts. Young people are given the chance to create brand new work, develop new skills and perform in some of the most prestigious arts establishments in the borough.

Downderry's team of dancers produced a spectacular performance at the Broadway Theatre. After many weeks of rehearsals, our team had their moment performing on the big stage in front of hundreds of people. And they were brilliant! During the performance, the crowd were on their feet; after the performance, the crowd gave rapturous applause. Every single performer in our team should feel very proud of themselves.
