  Roald Dahl Day was a great success and the children had lots of fun taking part in all their Roald Dahl themed lessons.  We had some fantastic costumes - well done to our parents and carers! We also ran our own poll for Downderry's favourite Roald Dahl book and the winner with an overwhelming majority was... The BFG!

• TfL Gold Star award

  Congratulations Pupils, Parents and Carers of Downderry! Downderry has been awarded a Transport for London Gold star for the 4th Year running for all our work around road safety, sustainable travel and the environment.

• Welcome (back)

  We would like to welcome all the ‘new’ families and welcome back our ‘established’ families. Hope you had a wonderful summer and look forward to an excellent year. Lots of exciting events are planned, with many opportunities to get involved in the life of the school.
