Nursery give out homework every Friday. The homework is always based on topics that we cover in class. We also change the children's books once a week.
Every Thursday children are selected from Gold and Silver class to be the 'Stars of the Week'.
They have the opportunity to take home the class bears, Super Ted and Boo Boo and write what they do with them inside the class 'Star of the week' book.
We value the contribution of our parent volunteers at Downderry Primary School, they enhance the learning opportunities for our children as well as the support they can give to enhancing the environment.
If you are interested in working with the children at Downderry Primary School please contact our school office for more information.
